Orders

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. In stock items will ship the same day if the order is placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Once your order has shipped you will be sent the tracking number. Depending on your location, it should arrive within 5-7 business days. Return Policy


We hope that you love your new Caroline Z Hurley products, but in case you’re not 100% satisfied we offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of your receipt of item, given that they are returned in their original condition and the in their original packaging. Prior to shipping back your item, send us an email at customerservice@carolinezhurley.com and let us know which item you are returning.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Caroline Z Hurley is not responsible for missing packages. Caroline Z Hurley has the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All one of a kind, limited edition and discounted items are final sale - they may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Domestic Shipping


Packages are shipped via traceable carriers and insured. Caroline Z Hurley is not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us about filing a claim. All Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.

International Shipping


Caroline Z Hurley ships internationally, with some exceptions. To receive an international shipping quote please email customerservice@carolinezhurley.com with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase as well as your exact address.
Please be aware international orders generally take 10-15 business days. All international sales are final. Caroline Z Hurley is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VAT or any other fees should your package be processed by customs.

Order Changes and Cancellations 


Since many of our pieces are made-to-order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed, and our artisans begin work. In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. If you would like to combine multiple orders, email us at customerservice@carolinezhurley.com within 24 hours of your initial order.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns but we are happy to offer exchanges. Please email customerservice@carolinezhurley.com to process your exchange.
